Return Policy

We will provide every resource available to make sure you get the right product, color, and size. Once a garment has been decorated with your logo or design, the garment cannot be returned. If SREC made an error in decoration we will do our best to fix the errors. Please notify us within 14 days regarding any issues on your order. For provided items, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution to fix the errors. Provided items will not be replaced by Snake River Embroidery Company.
