The highest quality .jpeg (.jpg) work perfectly. Other file types; .ai, .pdf, .eps.

If you choose to provide your own digitized embroidery file, we will embroider a proof on a piece of backing for your approval. However, we cannot guarantee how the final product will turn out. 

Our graphics designer sets up embroidery files for our machines and preference on how we run them for the best possible end product. For that reason, we charge a minimal digitizing fee so we can stand behind the final end result. 

 After final design approval and a payment arrangement made production can begin. We will need to order your clothing, set up your files for embroidery, order special thread colors, and produce your order. We like to ask for no more than 2 weeks. More often than not, orders are completed sooner.

Digitizing fees we refer to as a setup fee. These setup fees are charged on a case by case scenario. We don't like charging set up fees. Wouldn't it be better to put that cost into getting more product? Depending on your order size, if you provide the products, or purchase them from our catalog, will all help determine if there will be an applicable setup charge. 

Our setup fees not only cover the design and digitizing of your logo, but also the setup and programming of the embroidery machines for your specific product, thread colors, location, and design.

Think of embroidery files as "club cards." You paid the "membership fee" and now you get to use the card as often as you wish. But the card still belongs to the club.

Embroidery files are property of Snake River Embroidery Company with the specific use of only said customer who paid for the digitizing/setup fee. If a customer request possession of the embroidery file, a purchase fee of the .dst file will be arranged.
