What are DTF Transfers?

Direct-To-Film printing is a way to make high-quality, full-color digital transfers for application on fabrics of all kinds.

In a nut shell, we take CMYKW screen printing inks, load them into a digital printer and use that to print your design on to transfer paper. The transfer paper is placed on a garment and applied with a heat press.

Our Printer

Our 2-Head Printer uses high quality CMYKW Inks to produce easy to use, bright, long lasting, high stretch-ability transfers. Our roll of transfer film is 13" wide by 325' in length.

Base on a 13" x 12" dimension using a single or full color, single image or gang sheet:

1-47: $10.16/sheet

48-95: $6.08/sheet

96-143: $3.76/sheet

144-287: $3.03/sheet

Application

Depending on the type of transfer film that is available at the time, apply the transfer at 280-320 degrees, 60psi for 10 seconds. Let the transfer cool completely then roll off the carry sheet, leaving a beautiful, bright, print. To enhance it's wash-ability, after removing the carry sheet, cover the print with parchment paper and press for another 10 seconds.
